For purposes of the Promotion, Resellers will be separated into three (3) different “Reseller Groups” based upon their Extreme Networks classification (as determined by Extreme Networks in its sole and absolute discretion): (1) “Net New/Authorized Resellers;” (2) “Gold Resellers;” and (3) “Diamond Resellers.” The Promotion consists of three (3) Reseller sweepstakes with each Reseller Group having its own separate Reseller sweepstakes (each, a “Reseller Sweepstakes”). “Eligible Products” are Extreme Networks products sold and shipped by ScanSource. A Reseller may automatically receive entries into the Reseller’s Reseller Sweepstakes by purchasing Eligible Products from and shipped through ScanSource during the Promotion Period.
