Thank you for your interest in the ScanSource Demo Program! In order to ensure the success of our demo program, our reseller partners may request one unit at a time for a maximum testing period of FIVE business days. The demo units are:

• Not for resale and must be returned by the specified date to avoid charges.
• Limited in quantity and not guaranteed until scheduled and approved through ScanSource, so please try and schedule your demos early.
• All demo returns must be over-boxed to prevent damage.

If the demo unit is not received by ScanSource by the specified date, or if the product is damaged, an invoice will be issued for the unit at published list price. By completing this form, you agree to all costs associated with shipping, including international shipments and the required paperwork.
