If you are not already an Avaya partner, your first step will be to fill out the Avaya Partner application.
Instructions: In the top section you need to indicate you’ve been recruited by a distributor, and type ScanSource Catalyst in the field that comes up to the right. This will ensure Avaya keeps us updated on the status. Where it says “Avaya Portfolio you intend to sell/deliver” if you want to sell Video only you can select video, otherwise you can select SME, Enterprise, Data/Networking, etc.Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) Partner View Tool - This secure, web-based portal provides consolidated views of a partner’s profile and sales activity, along with rich dashboards and reporting. Using PRM, partners can access information more easily, request assistance, and win deals. If you have any trouble logging into PRM, call the Partner Help Desk at 720.444.5800. One person from your company will need to be set up as an administrator. You can access PRM by logging into the Partner Portal and then clicking on PRM Partner View in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

- NEW! SELL ENDPOINTS ONLY - Effective July 1st, this partnership option is available for partners that just want to sell the endpoints in the Scopia portfolio. You will be limited to selling only certain pieces of the porfolio, see eligible SKU list here, and will need to leverage ScanSource Catalyst for implementation and Tier 1 & 2 MT support.
- SELL ONLY - This partnership option is available for partners that want to sell the full portfolio of Scopia solutions and leverage ScanSource Catalyst for maintenance support and implementation.
- SELL + IMPLEMENT - This partnership option is available for partners that want to sell and install Scopia solutions but leverage ScanSource Catalyst for Tier 1 & 2 maintenance support.

The ACSS program is a 5 day class (4 and a half days of hands-on training and ½ day of test) offered by Avaya in Highlands Ranch, CO on a bi-weekly basis. Partner Price $2890 per person. ACSS-3103. Other option is to forgo the class, and go to a PearsonVue facility, pay $125, and just take the test.
